This is evidence about the Living Well app. It is not a trial of the complete U.S. Prosoma Health navigation and coaching program.

Study details: methods, funding & limitations

How the results were analyzed

The anxiety results use an intention-to-treat analysis with last observation carried forward. The between-group comparison at 12 weeks had p = 0.014.

Study scope and funding

This was a small, unblinded pilot trial in women with breast cancer. Findings should not be generalized to every person affected by cancer. The study was funded by Prosoma GmbH; author employment and consultancy relationships were disclosed.

OBSERVATIONAL RESEARCH

Real-world experience with Living Well.

Prosoma’s research portfolio includes real-world analyses involving people using Living Well, including users supported through Techniker Krankenkasse in Germany.

These observational analyses explore app engagement, symptom changes, and patient experience.

Study details: source, population & limitations

Who was included

The analysis included selected app users with at least two optional assessment scores. It compared fewer than 10 lessons (265 users) with at least 10 lessons (238 users).

How to interpret the comparison

Selection, missing data, and differences between users may affect the results. The reports cover different populations, baseline symptom levels, and analysis sets. International results do not automatically describe U.S. outcomes.

Scientific reports and conference presentations.

Alongside the peer-reviewed publication, the research collection includes conference presentations, preliminary reports, and white papers. These sources have different levels of review and answer different questions.

Conference presentations

The 2025 WCP poster explores serious micro-games. The 2025 Würzburg presentation examines illness perception and psychological outcomes. These are conference materials, not additional journal publications.

Clinical short reports

The research collection includes a Polish randomized trial report. The 2026 PROs and PROMs report presents preliminary findings. Journal publication has not been verified for these reports.

Engagement and medical reports

The 2023 user engagement analysis and 2024 CSS annual medical report add context on app use and research progress. They should be read with their own methods and reporting periods.

Economic white papers

The DACH and TK materials explore modeled economics. Their estimates depend on assumptions and do not establish measured U.S. savings.

RESEARCH IN DEVELOPMENT

Ongoing research.

Prosoma’s research portfolio spans clinical trials, observational analyses, and work with healthcare organizations. Each study addresses a defined population and research question.

The library distinguishes published findings from preliminary reports and research still in development.

READING THE EVIDENCE

Understanding the evidence and its limits.

Published clinical studies

Describe a defined intervention, population, comparator, and set of outcomes.

Real-world observations

Describe experience outside a controlled trial, with limitations such as selection and missing data.

Economic models

Estimate possible costs or savings using assumptions. They are not measured savings or a guaranteed return.

Proposed outcomes

Identify questions to evaluate in future partnerships. They are not established results.

Current research does not establish Prosoma-specific reductions in emergency visits, readmissions, or total U.S. care costs. No claims of superior outcomes are made here.
