Who we are

This website is operated by Prosoma, Inc. ("we", "us"), 2108 N St #13468, Sacramento, CA 95816. This policy covers this website only.

What we collect

If you book a call. When you request a Care Navigator call we collect your name, phone number, email address, date of birth and your chosen appointment time. We use these to contact you, confirm the appointment and arrange your consultation. Nothing more is required of you on this site.

If you just browse. We collect website statistics — pages viewed, buttons clicked, how visitors move through the site, plus general device and browser information. This is not linked to your name or contact details.

Cookies and analytics

We use a first-party analytics tool to understand how people use this site. It stores an identifier in your browser so we can recognise return visits and count visitors accurately rather than treating every page view as a new person. Form fields are masked; we never capture what you type into them.

If you arrive from one of our advertisements, we also store two first-party identifiers so we can tell which advertisement brought you here. They hold no name or contact details.

Advertising measurement

If you arrive from one of our advertisements and go on to book a call, we share a limited set of data with the advertising platform that showed it, so we can measure whether the advertisement worked. That is limited to an irreversibly scrambled (hashed) version of your email address and phone number, together with the advertising identifiers described above. It is sent from our own servers — no advertising or social media tracking code runs in your browser on this website — and we apply the platform's most restrictive data-use setting.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your booking details only with service providers who help us deliver the service — secure hosting, our customer relationship system, and our appointment scheduling provider. They are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf. We share hashed contact identifiers with an advertising platform as described above. We may also disclose information where required by law.

• Turn off analytics and advertising measurement. Use the button on this page. Your choice is stored in this browser; repeat it on other browsers or devices.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal we automatically stop sharing your data for advertising measurement, with no action needed from you.
• Your information. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the details you submitted. Contact us and we'll action it.

California residents

You have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Use the controls above or contact us.

How we protect it

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on secure servers in the United States. Access is limited to staff who need it to arrange and deliver your consultation.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
